Join us at THRIVE @ The Damac Hills in partnership with Damac Hills and showcase your products to the community.


Running 2pm to 930pm from  the 21st October, you will be able to browse local vendors from across Dubai.

With vendors from around Dubai, you will be able to browse a wide range of accessories, clothing, homeware, as well as a selection of kids activities and carnival games.

  • Is there a registration fee?

    There is NO registration fee.

  • How much does it cost?

    The table fees can be seen HERE

  • What do you provide?

    As a minimum each vendor will be provided with 

    1 chair

    1 wood stand, 180 x 75cm

    OR 

    1 Gazebo

    1 table 

    1 chair



  • Can we bring other material?

    You can bring any other items, such as marketing information, as long as it sits within your area. (non electic items).  You may bring 1 pop up banner.


    Please do not attach signs to the gazebos

  • How many people can be on a stand?

    Each vendor can have 2 adults (Over 18).  Each vendor must submit their EID.  


    No vendors will be permitted without their security pass.

  • Is there any age limits?

    Yes, all vendors must be over 18+ years old, and sstrictly no children will be allowed to be seated behind the vendor area.

  • Can I select my own space?

    Your space will be alloted to you by the management team. 

  • What is the criteria to be a vendor?

    All vendors will need the following:

    • Be over 21 years of age
    • Have a trade licence (food services)
    • Registered in the PHD portal

  • can I share a space with another vendor?

    No, there can only be one seller per location.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    THRIVE has  a “No refund or transfer for change of mind” policy. The markets are on the agreed days as part of your booking. “Change of mind” includes anything preventing you from coming whether planned or unplanned. 

  • What time do I need to arrive?

    Your stall should be set 1hour before opening.  The market will be available for set up 3 hours before opening.    Failure to be set up in time, may stop you from attending your stand, with no refund.

  • Where do I go when I arrrive?

    To make it easy and provide you with as much support as possible, a member of THRIVE will be on-site throughout the market.  Please make yourseld known to them.

  • Can I take part for a partial day?

    Sorry – we cannot allow stallholders to arrive and set up after 1 hour prior to the start  – OR – pack up and leave before the market end. No exceptions.


    If you can’t stay until the end of the market, please do not book a stall. However, you are quite welcome to have a friend help run your stall if you need to be elsewhere during the day.

  • Is there parking?

    There is ample parking in the car parking in the area. 

  • How should my stall look?

    To ensure that the market looks professional and clean at all times, we ask all the vendors to:


    Move all boxes and suitaces from the vendor area ( these are best placed back in your car

    Do not over stock your vendor area and refrain ffrom keeping too many items under your table

    Do not display items drectly on the floor, all items should be on your table, or racked.


    Do not use hand written signed, please print these and use appropriate signage.  If you are unable to do this, we are happy to help produce these for you, at cost.


    Friends and family are not to be seated behind your stand when visiting.


    The management reserves the right to ask any persons not registered to be removed from the vendor area, or remove any signs/displays that are deemed to be unpreofessional

  • Pack up time

    Unless otherwise advised by Thrive management, all power, electics and pack down shall start no less than 15 minutes after the scheduled finish time.
